Our client, a well-loved non-profit organisation in Swindon, is looking for a driven and compassionate Individual Giving Project Manager to join their team. This rewarding role offers the chance to play a pivotal part in running campaigns that support individuals and their families at the most challenging times of their lives.

Based in Swindon, and with a competitive hourly rate of up to £18.77 plus holiday pay, this temporary position is available until the end of March, offering full-time hours (Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm) and the flexibility of hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities:

You will play a pivotal role in increasing income and enhancing donor relationships, ensuring that individual supporters feel valued and engaged. Working closely with the Director of Income Generation, you will also manage and support the Individual Giving Officer, helping to shape and deliver successful fundraising strategies.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing seasonal direct mail campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Expanding the organisation’s raffle and lottery programmes, ensuring compliance and growing their reach.
  • Leading regular giving initiatives, with a focus on both donor acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing team and external partners to design compelling, multi-channel fundraising materials.
  • Analysing campaign performance, using data to refine strategies and improve impact.
  • Building strong relationships with donors through excellent stewardship and personalised engagement.

  •  Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
  •  Experience managing budgets and reporting on financial performance.
  • A passion for the charity sector and donor engagement.
