SF Recruitment are working with a business based in Tamworth who are looking for an Inbound Sales Executive to join the team Office based £28,000 - £31,000 + 20% Bonus Candidates must have a sales or telesales background (Inbound calls) Monday to Thursday 8.15am - 5pm. Friday 8.30am - 3pm ROLE PURPOSE The company is a dynamic and innovative manufacturing organisation looking to grow its customer base. This newly created role focuses primarily on increasing sales and expanding our existing customer database. Excellent customer skills are essential to ensure a smooth and efficient transition from lead to customer. As the first point of contact in our customer journey, you will play a crucial role. The position requires you to be proactive, resilient, and driven by success, with a strong customer-centric approach and a hunter mentality. You will work within a newly established team, engaging with both new and existing customers. KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES - Telephone account management - Target driven and able to perform under pressure - Maintain high levels of proactive communication with customers and wider business. - Accurately manage the companies CRM database - Build sales and lead pipeline - Able to demonstrate confidence closing sales over the phone - Fulfill customer orders via phone, email and portal - Produce weekly, monthly, annual KPI reports as and when required - Must be a team player and help coworkers as needed
