Customer Service Representative - Healthcare/Medical

Up to £24,000 DOE

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our clients customer care team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent listening skills, a strong understanding of client needs, and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound enquiries from customers.

  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly.

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

  • Maintain and update customer records accurately.

  • Track and follow up on the status of ongoing tasks and enquiries.

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer support.

Key requirements:
