Nelson Recruitment Services are recruiting for a Warehouse Good in Manager to work with our client in the Tamworth area.
As a warehouse manager you will be responisbible for overall management of the Warehouse this will include goods and the team.
You will be responisble for recruitment, training, setting targets, appraise and manage staff performance, coaching and support all team members.
Manage and motivate the team whilst organising and planning the workloads and achieving deadlines
Organise the warehouse and stock
Have an input on new ideas around processes, roles and responsibilities.
Carry out disciplines and investigations.
Deal with absences
Forklift licence preferred but not essential
Warehouse Manager will bring:
Must be computer literate and have a good knowledge of Health and Safety in the workplace.
Have strong written communication skills
Leadership skills able to organise and sdelegate work and be able to motivate the team.
Work on own inititative and work well wothin a large team
Expereince of Goods in
KPI management
Knowledge of stock handling
