Your Role:As a Junior Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in building and nurturing client relationships while supporting the team’s growth across the region.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in developing new business opportunities to expand our client base
- Supporting Account Handlers to ensure seamless client retention and high-quality service
- Learning on the job through shadowing senior executives in client meetings, gaining firsthand experience in crafting tailored solutions
- This is an exciting chance to work in a hands-on role where you’ll grow your skills and contribute directly to the brokerage’s success
What They're Looking For:
- Some initial experience or a keen interest in Commercial Insurance (training provided)
- A proactive attitude with great communication, time management, and IT skills
- A collaborative mindset—you thrive in a team environment
- Ambition to pursue professional qualifications such as Cert CII
