Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Conveyancing Assistant, you’ll be part of a market-leading team providing top-tier service across a variety of conveyancing transactions. Backed by cutting-edge case management technology, you’ll help drive efficiency and deliver outstanding client experiences.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide crucial administrative support, helping to manage caseloads effectively.
  • Engage with clients, stakeholders, and third parties, responding to correspondence, calls, and emails promptly.
  • Prepare, amend, and collate legal documents, ensuring accuracy and timely sign-off.
  • Assist with post-completion tasks, progressively taking on more responsibility.
  • Work closely with Conveyancers and the wider Real Estate team to maintain a seamless workflow.
  • Contribute to meeting team targets while upholding high service standards.
