Key Responsibilities:
* Support Positive Behaviour: Work 1:1 or with small groups to guide students in managing their behaviour and improving their social skills.

* Collaborate with Teachers: Work with the teaching team to create tailored behaviour plans and assist in delivering them effectively.
* Develop Independence: Help students build confidence, independence, and a sense of self-worth.

What We're Looking For:
* Experience: Previous experience working with children or young adults with challenging behaviour, Autism, or Learning Difficulties is essential.
* Patience & Resilience: You remain calm and composed under pressure and are dedicated to helping students navigate their challenges.
* Adaptability: You can think on your feet and handle various situations with professionalism and care.
* Great Communication Skills: You excel at building trusting relationships with students, staff, and parents.

Requirements:
* Proven experience working in SEN or with challenging behaviour.
* An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
* Passion and energy to make a lasting impact!
