Customer Support Administrator

Telford

Permanent

Circa £25,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience.

Monday to Friday 8:45am 5pm

Prince are working with a prominent international business that is based in Telford who is looking for a customer support administrator to join them on a permanent basis. The Administrator will be responsible for providing a professional and proficient service to theirglobal customer base by supporting with the effective scheduling of engineer & installers diaries, and all associated tasks to ensure work is completed as arranged.

Duties will involve:

  • Customer Support department interface for customer enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date paper and computerised customer files.
  • Processing of all customer enquiries, including generating quotations, processing orders and dispatch of goods.
  • Generating and issuing recommended system spares quotations.
  • Assist in the provision of performance accounting reports for quotations, orders, services.
  • Assist in arranging all scheduled and non-scheduled service visits and installations worldwide.
  • Assist in scheduling internal resources, including customer support, engineering and manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Advanced organisation skills.
  • Developed IT competence.
  • Experience / exposure to a customer support role is desirable.
  • Confident, positive and energetic disposition.
  • Keen to accept responsibility and accountability.
  • Self-driven for continued learning and development.
