CRM Coordinator | High Ercall
Salary: £25,282.40 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (42.5 hours per week, 30-minute unpaid lunch break)

A well-established organisation is seeking a CRM Coordinator to join its Logistics Team at the High Ercall site. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of logistics and customer relationship management processes.

About the Company:

This organisation is one of the UK's leading dealer groups, with over 100 years of experience in the industry. Operating across Shropshire, Staffordshire, and the West Midlands, they provide high-quality services within the automotive and logistics sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uploading POC/POD documents for customers and the sales team.
  • Managing updates and data within the CRM system.
  • Regularly monitoring logistics and POD inboxes throughout the day.
  • Preparing and generating Trainline reports.
  • Performing general office duties to support the logistics team.
  • Handling Motor Insurance Database (MID) tasks.
  • Carrying out additional duties as required to support business operations.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, or a similar role is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Must be able to commute to High Ercall five days a week.
