PageGroup are excited to support a highly successful distribution business based in Telford with the appointment of a HR Operations Manager to join a busy HR team.

This role offers hybrid working - circa 3-4 days per week in the office.

Description

Reporting to a People Director, the role of HR Operations Manager is a busy and fast-paced role.

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Lead the Human Resources team in the day-to-day operations.
  • Proactively manage and resolve high-volume, complex employee relations issues.
  • Take responsibility for change management projects including redundancies, restructures and TUPE
  • Oversee the company employee engagement survey and subsequent initiatives
  • Oversee data analysis and reporting for strategic decision making.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and systems.
  • Promote a positive company culture.
  • Collaborate with other divisions of the HR function

Profile

Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background in HR Operations including employee relations, redundancies and TUPE projects.
