Quantity Surveyor/Estimator
Red Rock Consultants are currently working with a well-established Dryling & Plastering Contractor based in the Telford.
Due to growth, they are currently looking for aQuantity Surveyor/Estimator to join their team based out of their Telford office inShropshire.
Potential candidates will require to have proven knowledge in quantity surveying & estimating as will be taking on projects from estimating stage right through to site completion.
Duties involved include:
- Producing quotations
- Offer cost saving options
- Procure plant and materials for jobs
- Produce monthly reports
- Work on price changes on live jobs
- Build relationship with suppliers and clients
Candidates will require to have:
- Educated to A-Level (candidates with suitable degrees given preference)
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Proven Quantity Surveying
- Great communication skills
- Ideally some Dryling or Plastering knowledge (not essential)
