Greenwellgleeson are recruiting for an FP&A Analysy to work with a growing business based in Tenbury Wells.

Duties of the role will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Financial Planning:

Liaising with key stakeholders develop the company's budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning processes.

  • Financial Analysis:

Develop financial models and deliver insightful analysis of financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities to drive business decision-making and improve profitability and operational efficiency.

  • Financial Reporting:

Lead the preparation of weekly management reports and KPI's to assess business performance providing clear and actionable insights to senior leadership.

Produce profit and loss, balance sheet and cashflow forecasts to statutory regulations.

  • Costing and Tenders:

Understand the business costing model and support the cost accountant with costings and tenders. Ensure live data is sourced and accurate margins are produced.

  • Stakeholder Engagement

Act as a key business partner to department heads, offering financial guidance and support to achieve company objectives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the finance team with efficiencies, ad-hoc analysis, presentations, and special projects as required.

  • Process Improvements:

Identify and implement enhancements to existing FP&A processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy

Work closely with the IT team to maximise the use of the ERP system.

Skills, Requirements, Qualification

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified

  • Proven experience in a senior FP&A role, ideally within a fast-paced or complex manufacturing business environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and present findings to non-finance stakeholders

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset

  • Advance proficiency in excel, BI or ERP Systems.
