The Gloucestershire-based client is seeking a candidate for a full-time temporary to permanent role in their scheduling team.
The position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as the individual will serve as the point of contact between engineers and the operations team.
Candidates should have customer service experience or be recent graduates looking for their first office role.
The role offers a salary of £23,795 and requires a high standard of computer literacy and the ability to work independently.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, with the position starting in January 2025.

My Gloucestershire based client has a new opportunity to join their scheduling team on a full time temporary to permanent basis. You will be the point of contact between the engineers and operations team. They are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Scheduling engineers
General administration
Updating the scheduling database
Liaising with suppliers
Regional engineer support (absence tracking / training records)

Fluent in written and spoken English
Understanding of commonly used office packages
A high standard of computer literacy
Ability to prioritise and work on own initiative
Reliable
Eye for detail
Team player

The role is Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm
