Role profile:

As an Account Executive, you'll be the superstar managing online enquiries, supporting Exhibition and Account Managers. Your role is vital to help exceed client expectations and smash sales goals.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the First Point of Contact: Manage exhibitor orders and respond to enquiries through key contacts.
  • Dial Up the Excitement: Call exhibitors at official shows to drum up potential new work.
  • Support the Team: Help Account Managers during peak times by following up on quotes.
  • Keep Things On Track: Monitor order deadlines and represent the sales team at show meetings.
  • Be the Go-To Guru: Assist with quoting, sourcing quotes, and building relationships with trade partners.
  • Sales Wizardry: Hit targets and maintain stellar gross margin across all projects.
  • Customer Champion: Liaise with clients on and off-site, ensuring their experience is top-notch.
  • Stay Green: Work sustainably and with an eco-friendly mindset.
