 The successful candidate will

  • Provide general building management and the day-to-day delivery of localised service contracts for leasehold and rented schemes.
  • Routinely carry out health and safety, fire safety and warden call system checks
  • Deliver excellent customer service, including response and resolution of customer feedback and complaints
  • Initiate tenancy terminations, complete strengths based assessments and risk assessments, assessment visits for prospective leaseholders, sign ups and customer induction for all new customers
  • Signpost and facilitate communication between other Stonewater departments and customers on issues such as rent, repairs, housing, aids & adaptations, and neighbour disputes.

The successful candidate will have: 

  • Full UK Drivers License
  • Enhanced DBS
  • Relevant Experience in a Similar Role
