Are you an Administrator / Accounts Administrator or similar looking for a local, stable within the friendly office team of a well-established who offer a nice work environment and a good work life balance?

This company provide are a manufacturer of automotive parts who have seen ongoing growth since their establishment in 2018. They have seen continual, consistent growth whilst building a loyal customer base and have aims of providing the industry with high quality products. Due to an ever increasing workload they are looking for an Office/Accounts Administrator to join their friendly team.

In this role, you will be responsible for undertaking day-to-day office administration and accounts-related tasks such as accounts payable, receivable, credit control and associated paperwork. Further to this you will be responsible for handling the logging of orders shipped and delivered to help with imported and export responsibilities as you play a part in the tight-knit admin team of 4.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in administration / accounts looking for a stable, Monday-Friday office based role offering a nice working environment.

The Role:

  • Varied administration tasks
  • Currency / Bank Reconciliation, data entry and payroll
  • Process suppliers invoices
  • Work within admin team of 4
  • Office based Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
