The Talent Branch are a specialist recruiter for the Furniture & Upholstery sector across the UK, Scotland and Ireland. We are proud to be working with a prestigious high-quality Upholstery & Furniture Manufacturer based near Oxford.
We are looking for an exceptional all-round Upholsterer with experience of Upholstering from frame to completed item, ensuring excellent craftmanship and attention to detail throughout the process. The appointed Upholsterer will also possess a range of Upholstery skills and techniques, with strong pattern making skills and a problem-solving mentality towards furniture making and designs.
Upholsterer benefits include:
- An attractive rate of pay between £34,000 and £37,000 per annum depending on experience.
- A 4 Day working week (Monday to Thursday only) working between 7.00am and 5.30pm only.
- A quarterly performance bonus

Upholsterer experience and skills:
As an experienced Upholsterer of high-quality seating products, successful Upholsterers must possess a high level of Upholstery methods and techniques, the ability to machine cut fabric including leather and vinyl. You will also occasionally be asked to step in and help out in other areas such as sewing, gluing and assembly during exceptionally busy periods.
