With a solid existing client portfolio and a close-knit team of 10, they pride themselves on delivering exceptional service in a fun and collaborative office environment. Their culture encourages flexibility, growth, and team bonding through events like curry nights.Role Overview:They are seeking a motivated and sales-focused Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the financial services sector, a proven track record of results, and a hunger to drive new business while managing an existing client bank of 100-200 clients.Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate a minimum of £10,000 worth of new business each month, with commission incentives for exceeding targets.
  • Conduct 5-6 client appointments per day, focusing on building strong relationships and upselling services.
  • Carry out in-depth financial reviews and handle new enquiries, making approximately 15-20 calls per week to engage potential clients.
  • Onboard new members into an existing large SIPP (Self-Invested Personal Pension).
  • Collaborate with a dedicated IFA admin team to assist with fact-finding and feasibility letters.
  • Stay updated on financial products and legislation, informing clients of any changes that may affect their investments and savings.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including disclosure and cost transparency for services provided.

  • Full Dip FA Level 4 qualification required.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in financial advisory or sales.
