- Generate a minimum of £10,000 worth of new business each month, with commission incentives for exceeding targets.
- Conduct 5-6 client appointments per day, focusing on building strong relationships and upselling services.
- Carry out in-depth financial reviews and handle new enquiries, making approximately 15-20 calls per week to engage potential clients.
- Onboard new members into an existing large SIPP (Self-Invested Personal Pension).
- Collaborate with a dedicated IFA admin team to assist with fact-finding and feasibility letters.
- Stay updated on financial products and legislation, informing clients of any changes that may affect their investments and savings.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including disclosure and cost transparency for services provided.
- Full Dip FA Level 4 qualification required.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in financial advisory or sales.
- Strong sales acumen with a proactive approach to business development.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with clients effectively.

- Compensation:
- Competitive basic salary ranging from £40,000 to £50,000, depending on experience.
