Theyre seeking a talented Sous Chef with a 2/3 AA Rosette-level skillset to work alongside the Head Chef, crafting exceptional small plates and main dishes over an open fire grill in a truly unique kitchen environment.

- £35,000 per annum plus £5,000 service charge
- Working 48 hours per week
- Accommodation available (Off-site, therefore a driving licence is essential)

Responsibilities as the Sous Chef
- Supporting the Head Chef in leading and developing the kitchen team
- Preparing and cooking to a 2/3 AA Rosette standard using wood-fire techniques
- Managing kitchen operations during busy services (up to 100 covers)
- Maintaining impeccable food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation
- Assisting with menu development and ensuring consistently high-quality dishes
