We are working with a leading and rapidly growing design and build construction firm based in Berkshire, to find an exceptional Sales & Marketing Executive to join their dynamic team.

The Role

As the Sales & Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

• The Sales & Marketing Executive will build strong relationships with potential clients through calls, face-to-face meetings, and LinkedIn outreach.
• The Sales & Marketing Executive will support the MD and CEO to develop and execute sales strategies.
• The Sales & Marketing Executive will build strong relationships with potential clients through calls, face-to-face meetings, and LinkedIn outreach.
• The Sales & Marketing Executive will assist in the creation of compelling marketing campaigns and documentation to promote the business and secure leads.
• The Sales & Marketing Executive will proactively identify opportunities and converting them into successful partnerships.
• The Sales & Marketing Executive will assist will thrive in a busy, client-focused environment where your energy and drive will make a real impact.

Key Requirements

• The Sales & Marketing Executive will be outgoing, personable, and motivated to build strong relationships.

• The Sales & Marketing Executive will be organised, proactive, and eager to deliver results.
• The Sales & Marketing Executive will be passionate about real estate, construction, or design and build projects (a background in these areas is a bonus).
• The Sales & Marketing Executive will be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• The Sales & Marketing Executive will be experienced in sales, coordination, or a related field-although attitude and ambition are more important than a long CV.
• The Sales & Marketing Executive will possess a full UK driving license.
