Your Classroom Assistant Role:
- Provide tailored support to children with Autism, helping them access learning in a structured and engaging way.
- Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement individual learning plans.
- Create a safe, calm, and inclusive environment that promotes independence and confidence.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children with Autism or additional needs.
- A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
