The role is for a Desktop Engineer who is a French speaker, offering a day rate between 225 and 275 via umbrella.
The position is located in Berkshire with a hybrid work model requiring 3-4 days on-site each week.
This is a 6-month initial contract with a FTSE 250 organization seeking IT Support Engineers with 1st and 2nd line experience.
Candidates should have extensive desktop support experience, familiarity with MS Office, Windows, Office 365, and basic networking knowledge.
Experience with ticketing systems such as Remedy or ServiceNow is also required for this role.

Day Rate: 225 - 275 ( via umbrella)

Location: Berkshire / Hybrid - 3-4 days on site

Contract Length: 6 months initially

We currently helping our client, a FTSE 250 organisation in their search for a IT Support Engineer (1st line & 2nd line) join their team on a long term contract basis.

You will have extensive 1st and 2nd line desktop support experience, gained within a large environment, with good knowledge of MS Office, Windows, Office 365, PCs, Laptops, Mobile Devices (Android/Mac/Tablets), basic networking and VOIP with knowledge of a ticketing system
