Flexibility: The first few weeks training will be in the office, we are then able to offer hybrid working 3 days a home/ 2 days in the office.Main Tasks: Filing, data management , answering emails, using customer systems, reporting repairs, general admin, some outbound calling to customers

  • The Market Rent Team: Our portfolio of market rent and intermediate market rent homes are spread throughout our geography and provide our customers with a variety of studios, apartments and family properties, available to rent under assured shorthold tenancies and offering flexible contract lengths.
  • Deliver an efficient and exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Provide a comprehensive ‘first point’ of customer contact service for our market rent customers by dealing with inbound and outbound communication.
  • Provide excellent day-to-day operational administration duties that support colleagues within the team to deliver key market rent services.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
