ACR is collaborating with one of the UK's most recognized Residential Developers on an exciting new build housing scheme on the Suffolk Norfolk boarder. We are currently seeking a talented Assistant Site Manager with experience in new build residential projects.

The project involves the construction of several traditional build housing units at various stages of completion. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in managing similar scale projects and demonstrate proficiency in the following key areas:

  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety/ISO procedures
  • Collaborating closely with subcontractors to maintain quality control
  • Facilitating effective communication and problem-solving within the site delivery team
  • Overseeing construction in line with provided specifications and NHBC regulations
  • Establishing productive relationships with utility companies for timely connections
  • Managing material take-offs, deliveries, and supply chain adherence
  • Supporting new employees and fostering teamwork
  • Delivering completed projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Conducting subcontractor meetings to ensure project alignment
