TimePlan Education is recruiting enthusiastic and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join a dedicated team at a specialist SEN school in Thetford. This is a full-time, term-time, contract position with the opportunity for a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

Support students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
Assist students on a 1:1, small group, or class basis
Work closely with the class teacher to deliver tailored support
Help create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Carry out other general TA duties as required

Ideal Candidate:

Experience working with young people, especially those with SEN and SEMH (professional or personal experience welcomed)
Supportive, patient, and committed to helping students thrive
A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
A passion for working with children with additional needs
