A new opportunity has arisen to join our inclusive and welcoming client as an Office Manager. This is a varied and engaging role that will see you managing the operational aspects of a bustling team office, people management and supporting Managing Partners with diary coordination.
This role requires an exceptional senior administrator with a proactive mindset ready to use their experience to support and streamline a fast-paced team office.
Office Manager Responsibilities
- Ensuring the office facilities are managed and maintained to agreed standards
- Managing and supporting a team of operational staff
- Assisting the Managing Partner with diary management and client liaison
- Planning external and internal events
- Preparing monthly company information to share with the business
- Liaising with staff members throughout the business

Office Manager Experience Essentials

Our client is based in North Oxford.
This is a full-time role which will be mainly office-based with some opportunity to work from home.
