Part-Time Office Manager

We have registered a brilliant new opportunity for a Part-Time Office Manager to join our client within the creative industry. This is a newly created role which will support the business’s administrative and building management needs.

This part-time role will be 2 days per week, with one of those days to be worked in their brand-new office space.

Part-Time Office Manager Responsibilities

  • Facilities management across two sites
  • Maintenance of office equipment
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post
  • Managing the freelancer timesheet approvals process
  • Administering HR processes including salary sacrifice scheme, death in service, and health insurance.
