Car Dealership Service Advisor

Start: ASAP

Location: Oxford, OX5

Pay: £12 per hour

Contract: Temporary Ongoing

Hours: 45, Monday to Friday 8am-6pm, Weekly Pay

 

The Role

  • Point of contact for customers whose vehicles are in for servicing, MOT’s and repairs.
  • Keep customers informed of progress and advise of extra work if required.
  • Booking in vehicles for recalls
  • Letting customer know vehicles are ready for collection.
  • Organise car loan bookings.
  • Process payments for the services required.
  • Being the first point of contact when customers enter the establishment and ensuring they have a warm and welcome introduction.
  • Communication with customers through a variety of platforms to update them on the status of their vehicle as well as making them aware of any extra work needed and upselling any additional products.
  • Working effectively with a team of highly skilled technicians to priorities customers wants and needs whilst adhering to a demanding schedule.
  • Built personal relationships with customers, making sure they felt heard and valued throughout their experience with the company.
