Our client is Bicester based, with exciting growth plans for the future. They have a new permanent requirement within their business for a Customer Service Advisor.

Reporting into the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Regularly liaising with customers by phone and email to deal with their orders.
  • Maintaining compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Booking in next day deliveries and collections.
  • Monitor all Customer Service email inboxes and responding to all emails in a timely manner.
  • Dealing with incoming telephone queries and enquiries.
  • Making and confirming delivery and collection arrangements with customers.
  • Ensuring timely communication with other departments to update with changes to delivery or collection requirements.
  • Updating the inhouse ERP system with regular updates.
  • Setting up and tracking third party collections.
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure a smooth customer journey and escalating queries where relevant.

Candidates that apply must have previous Customer Service experience, ideally within an office based environment. You should be customer focused, with good attention to detail, be organised and a team player. Strong communication skills are essential, both verbally and written.

The role will be office based and paying a base salary of 25-27k per annum plus benefits and free onsite parking. There is also the potential for future progression within the business.
