We are looking for an individual to join a company based in a village location just outside Bicester as an Operations and Customer Service Executive. Within this position you will be ensuring day to day operations are running efficiently, completing administration tasks supporting managers and liaising with customers and suppliers.
Working hours will consist of 08:30-17:00 Monday to Friday.
Duties of the Operations and Customer Service Executive:
- Answer telephone calls.
- Respond to customer query emails.
- Support with customer orders and sales queries for the sales department.
- Follow up all customer feedback with managers.
- Process orders and returns.
- Resolve customer service complaints.
- Maintain an up-to-date system ensuring all orders have been processed.
- Help with inbound deliveries.
- Support PR with send outs and allowances.
- Prepare reports.
- Build and develop relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- General administration to include opening post, sending out letters, and replenishing office supplies.
Personal Attributes:
- Previous experience within a customer service or operations role.
- Good computer skills, comfortable using Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Problem solving skills.
- Work well within a team.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Due to the location of this role, you will need a full UK drivers’ licence and access to your own transport.
