The role could suit a Sous Chef looking to progress to the next stage in their career and take on more responsibility. There will be plenty of opportunities to influence the menus and develop your management skills working within a brigade of talented chefs.
There is a brigade of 6-7 chefs preparing modern European cuisine. They prepare everything in house using fresh, seasonal produce and where possible this will all be sourced locally. The successful Senior Sous Chef will be involved in menu design, stock control, ordering and training the junior members of the team.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine love of cooking and had previous experience within a fresh food kitchen - preferably a busy one!
