Customer Service Executive Day-to-day of the role:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests effectively.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
