Customer Service Executive Day-to-day of the role:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and accurate manner.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests effectively.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

The ideal Customer Service Executive candidate would need to be able to show experience obtained from a similar role, be in commutable distance to our client in Tonbridge, and be available to start work immediately. You would be required to work full-time in our client's office.
