• Based in Tonbridge, Kent

• 39k Basic Salary + Bonus + Benefits

• Monday to Friday - 45 hours per week - 1 in 4 Saturday Mornings (Paid as Overtime)

• Luxury automotive brand in state of the art facility

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Luxury Automotive Service Advisorto join their dynamic team and uphold the high standards of service that this prestigious brand is known for.

The Role:

As a Luxury Vehicle Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering a first-class experience to the dealership's clientele, managing service bookings, and overseeing customer service interactions. You will act as the liaison between customers and the service team, ensuring the smooth operation of all service-related activities. This is a customer-facing role that demands professionalism, attention to detail, and a passion for the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service in line with the luxury standards of the brand.

• Manage service appointments, ensuring an efficient and seamless process for all customers.

• Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions.

• Liaise between customers and the workshop team to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

• Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and care.

• Maintain accurate service records and ensure efficient processing of all paperwork.

• Upsell relevant services and products, contributing to the dealership's business objectives.

About You:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, ideally within the prestige or luxury automotive sector.

• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships with high-end clientele.

• A passion for luxury vehicles and an understanding of their unique service requirements.

• Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.

• A full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
