  • Bank reconciliations
  • Credit control
  • Prepare and issue sales invoices (monthly, ad-hoc, and quarterly)
  • Process supplier invoices and manage payment schedules
  • Manage staff expenses and company credit cards
  • Provide administrative support to the finance and office team
  What They're Looking For:The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and keen to learn. You should be able to prioritise tasks effectively and work independently with minimal supervision. They are looking for someone with the following skills and qualifications:
  • AAT Level 3 (minimum)
  • Good understanding of Xero 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong administrative experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
