- Bank reconciliations
- Credit control
- Prepare and issue sales invoices (monthly, ad-hoc, and quarterly)
- Process supplier invoices and manage payment schedules
- Manage staff expenses and company credit cards
- Provide administrative support to the finance and office team
- AAT Level 3 (minimum)
- Good understanding of XeroÂ
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational and time management skills
