We are currently seeking a dedicated and organised individual to fill the role of Administrator on a temporary basis (approx 3 months). This position is ideal for someone who is efficient, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling various administrative tasks in a dynamic work environment.Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Support the coordination of meetings and events, including room bookings and catering arrangements.
  • Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth office operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
