We are currently recruiting for aHotel General Manager for a 200 room luxury conference & events led residential venue, with extensive wedding facilities, located on the Hertfordshire & Buckinghamshire borders.
This stunning venue is set within acres of parkland and boasts an array of F&B and leisure facilities. It is currently undergoing a major transformation and refurbishment program to enhance its reputation as the leading residential conference, events and weddings establishment in the area.
Our client is therefore looking to appoint a finished article, articulate and well groomed, Hotel General Manager, who is able to demonstrate a stable and progressive background, to their current role of Hotel General Manager, gained in high volume, conference & events led properties.
The successful candidate for the role ofHotel General Manager will report directly to the company Managing Director, and will be responsible for all aspects of the operation, including leading and developing a team of 120+ staff, and overseeing a venue turnover in excess of £13 million per annum.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experiencedHotel General Manager to take over the day to day to day running of this stunning events led venue at an exciting time in the overall redevelopment and repositioning of the entire operation.
