OVERALL OBJECTIVE AND SCOPE:

Our client, a wedding venue provider is looking for a part time administrator to join their vibrant and growing team.This is a lovely opportunity for someone want to work a few hours each day, be involved with a business that delivers customer service at the highest level and creates lasting memories for their customers. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • General Administrative tasks to support with the smooth running of the business
  • Answering inquiries from prospective customers via phone, email and website
  • Follow up requests for information, pricing or viewings
  • Managing incoming post and deliveries
  • Carry out viewings with prospective customers.

KEY SKILLS:

  • Previous administrative experience is essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Polite and professional telephone manner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION:

  • Ability to work independently and use own initiative.
