Restaurant manager required with excellent communication skills and a good knowledge of food and wines to oversee all aspects of managing our beautiful restaurant and dining rooms, in a 5-star hotel in Troon.

To ensure the smooth running of the restaurants, take charge of staff training and rotas and employ high standards of service, cleanliness and care of our guests.

It is essential to have a warm and friendly personality and be part of our team in a professional manner.
