Sonic Summary

Thrive Group is seeking an experienced Estimator for a permanent position with a market-leading client outside Trowbridge.
Candidates should have a proven track record in estimating, preferably within the construction or glazing industry, and must be able to interpret technical information and drawings.
The role involves assessing client requirements, reviewing project plans, producing quotes, and preparing tenders while identifying pricing risks and opportunities.
The position offers a competitive salary and is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with some hybrid working options available.

Thrive Group are delighted to working with our market leading client outside Trowbridge who are looking to recruit an experienced Estimator on a permanent basis.

What you will be doing:

Assessing client requirements
Reviewing project plans and specifications
Production of a range of quotes and costings for a wide range of projects
Working closely with a number of internal departments and third party suppliers
Identification of risks and opportunities regarding pricing and profitability
Extensive involvement with tender preparation

What you need in order to succeed:

A proven track record in estimating is essential, ideally from the construction / glazing industry
Ability to interpret technical information / drawings
Confident, with excellent organisational and presentation skills
Self-motivated, with the ability to work on own initiative
