Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Trowbridge, who are actively looking to recruit a Part time Account Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis
What you will be doing:
The Account Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of financial records and supporting the accounting team.
- Process accounts payable transactions, including verifying invoices, coding expenses, and preparing payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures.
- Prepare financial reports and analysis as needed.
- Provide support to the accounting team as required.
What you will need to succeed:
- Understanding of accounts payable processes.
- Strong attention to detail and good numeracy skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
What you will receive in return:
- 24,960 per annum pro-rata
- Monday to Friday - 20 hour per week
- Generous Holiday allowance.
