Location: Tunbridge Wells

Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday (NO Weekends)

Salary: 28,000 - 31,000 (depending on experience) + Bonuses

OTE: 35,000 - 45,000

This leading dealership is known for its exceptional customer service and high standards in vehicle maintenance. Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their service and repair needs.
• Schedule and manage service appointments, ensuring efficient and timely service.
• Provide customers with detailed explanations of service and repair work, including costs and timelines.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
• Coordinate with technicians and other staff to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
• Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Promote additional services and products that may benefit the customer and the vehicle.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and customer interactions.
• Ensure that all administrative tasks, including invoicing and documentation, are completed accurately and promptly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive sector.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and customer-focused approach with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in using service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A valid UK driving license is preferred.
