- Deliver outstanding customer service and support.
- Coordinate service appointments and respond to customer inquiries.
- Facilitate clear communication between technicians and customers regarding vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure a seamless and efficient service experience for all customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
