We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our professional team at our residential care home in Tunbridge Wells, which specialises in providing high-quality care for the elderly, including individuals living with dementia. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering person-centred care and making a meaningful difference in residents' lives.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and assistance to residents while maintaining dignity and respect.
- Support residents with daily living activities, including dressing, mobility, and meals.
- Assist in delivering specialist dementia care through a compassionate and tailored approach.
- Encourage social engagement and promote overall well-being.
- Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting any concerns to senior staff.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care.
- A caring and empathetic nature with a strong commitment to elderly care.
- Previous experience in a care role is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- A professional and team-oriented approach with excellent communication skills.
- NVQ qualifications in Health & Social Care are desirable but not required.
- Flexibility to work day or night shifts, as required.
