Telesales Executive

Due to continued success our Client are recruiting a Telesales Executive to join their Business Development Team.

Your role will be predominantly office-based.

Location: Twickenham

Salary £25,000

Job requirements

You will be an excellent communicator who is customer focused and takes pride in delivering a quality service. A good salary with additional benefits below provides a platform from which to grow and maximise your income by achieving a team bonus.

Activities include:

  • Making outgoing calls to generate new business leads
  • Effective account management
  • Presentations to employers and key stakeholders to promote the benefits of the provision
  • Working with the Learning and Development Team to tailor programmes to meet employer needs
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date records in Sage Act CRM database

Key criteria:

  • A minimum of2 yrs telesales
  • Must be able to work effectively in a team to achieve targets
  • Proven success in generating new business
  • Drive and commitment to succeed
  • Professional and confident manner
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Strong administration and IT skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative with a proactive approach
  • Flexible and willing to travel
