YOUR ROLE:

As Director of Human Resources, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s success by:

  • Advising on HR implications of business strategy and driving organisational growth.

  • Developing innovative recruitment, retention, and reward strategies.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
