Financial Reporting Accountant | £55,000 + Bonus | 3 days in office | Uxbridge Location:

Uxbridge - must be willing to travel to Uxbridge 3 times a week.

Job Details:

IN2 Consult are supporting a client based in Uxbridge who are looking for a Financial Reporting Accountant to prepare both the management reporting packs and the statutory accounts whilst assisting with the budgeting and forecasting. This position is focused on owning the reporting duties ultimately, including month end, vat returns and business partnering.

Job Duties:
  • Preparing statutory accounts under IFRS
  • Preparing management accounts and month end close
  • Participating in financial audits and providing necessary documentation
  • Supporting financial planning and budgeting processes
  • IFRS 16 (leasing) reporting 
  • Capex accounting
  • Balance sheet reconciliation
Required Qualifications:
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
  • Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
