Job Title: Field Sales Manager

Salary: £58,000 - £63,000 basic with up to 15% discretionary bonus

Location: Uxbridge

A true "insights" role you will be working with the Director to analyse and interpret sales data and general feedback to support the team in building the business and brand. You will be working with high profile members of the team, building a thorough, indepth understanding of the business, ensuring best practice whilst ensuring business opportunities are communicated and developed. Working with the marketing plan to drive product sales.

You will oversee an enthusiastic team, building on their success through retention and recruitment.

You will attend field visits and participate in events, supporting your team and building your relationship with them - encouraging them to work towards long term goals and resolving any queries and identifying strengths of the team.

You will discuss business performance, using insight from data - helping to build on business and opportunities. Through regular interaction you will identify any training opportunities.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of relationship building, great communication skills, happy to present ideas to the team and excellent training and coaching skills.
