We specialise in providing replacement vehicles after non-fault accidents, ensuring our clients get back on the road quickly and with minimal hassle. Due to an exciting period of growth, we're on the lookout for a personable, driven, and empathetic individual to join our Customer Experience team.

Your Role:

As a Customer Experience Agent, you'll be at the heart of what we do - delivering exceptional service to clients in need. You'll:

  • Manage new customer referral calls, building rapport and trust from the first contact.
  • Highlight our services and benefits, ensuring clients have the best experience possible while arranging their replacement vehicle.
  • Investigate key factors such as accident details and potential fraudulent claims, helping ensure a smooth process for all.
  • Show empathy and understanding, providing reassurance to clients during stressful situations.
  • Identify customer needs and help them get back on the road with the right vehicle solution.

Hours: Mon-Fri (08:00-16:30 or 09:30-18:00) | Approx. one Saturday per month (09:00-15:00) - paid on top of salary
