Document Controller

West London

Salary up to £42,000 plus package

O'Neill & Brennan are working with a leading residential developer who are looking for a Document Controller to join their team in West London.

Initally, you will be working closely with the Information Manager and then take on a larger 2+ year scheme as the Lead Document Controller.

The core EDMS used is Viewpoint For Projects, but this client also use Fieldview for site controls and inspections. They work with various clients/consultants who use thteir own Information Management systems such as Asite, Aconex, Procore etc, so experience in varied EDMS is desired.

Main Duties

  • Acting as a point of contact for clients
  • Updating Excel spreadsheets and ongoing reports
  • Managing the flow of documentation
  • Reviewing and maintaining accuracy of records
  • Issuing drawings to relevant parties
  • Supporting the operations team
  • Attending the internal project start up meetings
  • Carrying out quality assurance checks on all information uploaded
  • Ensuring documentation follows approvals process
  • Liaising with the production team
  • Supporting internal and external users regarding system issue

On offer is a salary up to £42,000 depending on experience, in addition to a range of other benefits.
