  • Work with a the Scheduling Team and support all commercial and operational aspects of the Scheduling Department e.g. dispatching of Engineers, planning of installations, maintenance services in all service area, boiler inspections services, resource planning
  • Answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments
  • Work closely with key Customers and ensure an added value service
  • Ensure all emails in the Dispatching folder have been responded to within 24 hours
Experience Required
  • Experience of working in a Dispatch or Scheduler or Planner role
  • Good People management skills
  • Proactive and self – motivated character
  • Good organisational and problem solving skills
  • Have initiative, motivation and be customer focused
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of SAP
